Its Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of its unique tailor-made service, recognized by customers and the market alike. At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a Subject Matter Expert in IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise job scheduling systems. You will be responsible for managing complex scheduling environments across multiple platforms (Windows, UNIX/Linux, cloud), ensuring efficient automation of business-critical processes. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership in automation practices and IT operations. Your responsibilities TWS database and object modifications, solution design, impact analysis, TWS forecasting, request validation. Troubleshooting: Processing Tickets + Incident severity 1, processing resumptions, cross-functional troubleshooting, level 3 support. TWS administration: Installation/administration/obsolescence, system configuration, access rights management. (TWS + DWC + Webadmin + framework + DB2 + workstation agents). Troubleshooting in the event of service degradation for scheduler tool, crisis management and scheduler tool Incident, logs/purges/backups. Batch server and file maintenance: Flat file cleanup, TSM backup management Batch plan and TWS system management during activities (Releases, DRP, etc.). Projects and activities: Onboarding/offboarding, site migration, environment creation and migration (TWS, DB2, flat files), yearly testing (FAN), TWS database transfer between environments. Work performance: Analysis and optimization of Batch S2i + satellite performance, updating and maintenance of calendars, resources, events, objects, etc. Development: Automation and industrialization (shell/python scripts, Ansible playbooks), automated reporting, TWS and Batch issue detection and resolution tools. Your core competencies Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent Min 10 years' Familiarity with batch Processing Deep knowledge in TWS (Tivoli Dynamic Works Console) to create a New Plan, and reverse knowledge to scratch a plan analysis. • Hands-on work in Unix Scripts & Shell Scripting. • Proven excellent TWS administration experience with its functions to Plan, Install, Configure, Upgrade, Maintain and Troubleshoot failures. • Expert in Troubleshooting & Resolution of problems with the Master Domain Manager. • Expert in Troubleshooting & Resolution of problems with FTA Unlinks. • Expert knowledge in troubleshooting Failed jobs and file system full issues • Knowledge in ticketing tools Jira & HP Quality Center • Proven experience with monitoring and evaluating system performance and performing tuning functions to achieve optimal system efficiency.
