Description The IC Coordinator will be the central point of contact for IC onboarding. This role involves disseminating all required documentation to various responsible departments, including Safety, Training, Drivers, Omnitracs, and Payroll. The IC Coordinator will also be the subject matter expert on I/C contracts and will handle various administrative and operational tasks related to IC management. Key Responsibilities Disseminate all required documentation to various responsible departments: Safety, Training, Drivers, Omnitracs, Payroll. Be the subject matter expert on I/C contracts. Perform tractor and driver entry into TMT and TMW. Maintain insurance deductions and entry for various carriers. Perform status changes for all owner operators. Maintain Comdata fuel cards and integrate fuel data into Great Plains. Collaborate with the accounting group to assist with or perform balance sheet reconciliations for IC deductions. Electronically document and catalog IC contracts. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Qualifications Proven payroll experience, preferably in a transportation or logistics environment. Ability to learn and use multiple systems, with TMW experience being a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Intermediate skills in Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
