We are seeking passionate Ice Cream and Chocolate Enthusiasts who are excited about joining the FIRST team to open Chocolats Favoris in the heart of Whistler Village!
We believe that having FUN while on the job and co-creating a positive work atmosphere is just as important as providing an AWESOME customer experience.
If this interests you, read on, as we are looking for a number of part-time to full-time employees, including chocolate & ice cream clerks, team leads and an assistant manager.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Interviews to work at Chocolats Favoris Whistler begin on September 12, 2025 (in person, at the store).
• We are looking to open around the 3rd week in October. You must be available starting October 16th onwards.
• Our executive training team from head office in Quebec will lead us through the in-store training.

ASSISTANT MANAGER

• Reporting to the manager, the assistant manager provides support with planning and managing the company’s human, material and financial resources.
• As Assistant Manager, you demonstrate confident and thoughtful leadership and understand the importance of creating a workplace environment where staff work together and feel valued.
• You are a superhero at providing exemplary service and are able to handle customer concerns and complaints efficiently and calmly.
• You are looking for 30+ hours a week and are available to open and close the store.
• Applicants with Food Safe Level 1 certification will be given strong consideration.

Qualifications For All Our Positions Include:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in the food industry will be considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Pay: From $18.85 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
