Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

You will be the backbone of our global retail partnerships (Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour, Retail Alliances), ensuring seamless administrative support and execution of commercial agreements. Your role will involve managing key interfaces with major retail partners, coordinating global service agreements, and providing ad hoc support to the team. You will be the first point of contact for negotiation settlement and administrative topics (invoice differences, back margin differences, ways of working, country alignments)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role you will:

  • manage the administrative interface with Aldi and Lidl, following up with their HQs on commercial deals agreed between the negotiation teams
  • run all admin for the global services agreement with Carrefour, connecting with markets around the world and the CWT HQ in Geneva to ensure execution of our global services agreements
  • run all admin for the global services agreement with Buying Alliances, connecting with markets around the world and the BA HQ to ensure execution of our global services agreements
  • Preparing and participation in European Value Channel Days (Winning in Value Channel workshops and OOH Bootcamp)
  • On-boarding of new country NAM/KAM into the Lidl strict admin world, Supports building modules for on-boarding course
  • support team members ad hoc across focus areas
