EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Or similar level of working experience.
  • Minimum of >5 years of experience in investor relations, board support, or a related field. Event coordination experience is a plus.
  • A true team player who values collaboration, contributes to a positive team dynamic, and is eager to develop alongside the team.
  • Can-do mentality, ability to work under pressure.
  • Service-oriented attitude, both inside and outside of Unilever.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

Are you a seasoned coordinator with experience in Investor Relations or a high pace environment? Do you have eye for detail and like to make sure things are running smoothly? Do you have a supportive mentality and like to be key to our new Investor Relations team? Join us as the Investor Relations Coordinator for our new Ice Cream business and be part of our journey to becoming a separately listed entity from Unilever.
The Investor Relations Coordinator will play a key role within the IR team. The team is responsible for shaping the company’s relationship with its investors, shareholders, and financial analysts. The team is entrusted with communicating the Ice Cream strategy to diverse audiences while maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial communications. Your responsibilities will extend from providing administrative and logistic support for investor relations’s day-to-day activities and seasonal events and meetings. Organizing roadshows, handling conference attendance of the IR team and the Board, manage the investor inbox and provide support during earnings season. You will also be the lead for corporate Ice Cream events, for both IR and Communications.
The Investor Relations Coordinator will be part of the newly build Investor Relations team, along side the Investor Relations Director, and the Investor Relations manager. This role is part of Ice Cream Finance.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

In this vital role, you will:

  • Provide administrative support for investor relations’ day-to-day activities and seasonal events and meetings.
  • Assist in organizing corporate Ice Cream events such as Investor Day, Annual Shareholder meeting, internal events, and provide assistance during budget season, attendance to conferences, and IR roadshows.
  • Support the department during earnings season, including the review and distribution of earnings documents and reviewing transcripts.
  • Manage the investor inbox to ensure timely responses to investor inquiries.
  • Provide scheduling support and expense reporting for the IR team.
  • Provide support to maintaining the company’s investor relations website ensuring it contains accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide support and assist in the various processes needed for the listing process, including preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with the various teams.
