JOB PURPOSE:
As the Media & Digital Performance Director for the Europe Ice Cream business, you will play a pivotal role in developing and unlocking capabilities, alongside crafting effective media strategies. You will be the ‘glue’ of media teams across EU who oversees total plans & performance. Your responsibilities will include ensuring BMI effectiveness, Asset creation ratios %, media budget compliances, optimization to create effective EU&ANZ media strategies & frameworks, fostering innovative content creation and ensuring the alignment of digital marketing initiatives with our business goals. This position is ideal for those who envision themselves as business owners, overseeing media spends, performance, capabilities take them to the next step. Your expertise in rapid experimentation across channels and product development will be key in determining the most scalable and effective ways to grow our brands within the business context.
