EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years in FMCG Supply Chain (planning) or Procurement related roles.
    Pay: The pay range for this position is $69,360 to $104,040. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
    Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
    Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Innovation Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all Procurement functions within the innovation cycle are properly managed and executed. This position will be immersed in project management from the initial innovation kickoff through FDTC milestones. This role will be reviewed based on effectively managing timelines and contracts, ensuring that projects are executed responsibility and cost effectively, and that Procurement support is available for innovations to land E2E. This role is crucial in supporting an unlock to continued growth and driving value in Ice Cream.IN addition to innovation management there will be an element of supporting Ice Cream brands through savings and resiliency projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support innovation projects through strong collaboration with R&D team, and Innovation Planning
  • Support startup and transition management carefully with material planning and execution planning
  • Attend and represent Procurement in IPT meetings to discuss and track innovations and transitions
  • Ensure pricing and contracts are up in system and available for ordering through collaboration with buyers for contract creation.
  • Seamless project management and collaboration with business partners to deliver and execute on innovation timelines
  • Mitigating upcoming supply/service risks through innovative and creative solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on troubleshooting
  • Identify and drive contingency and resilience activities; identify and follow up on opportunities to add flexibility to the supply chain.
