JOB DESCRIPTION PNC Park Mini Melts Associate Mini Melts is looking for dependable, trustworthy, and friendly individuals to operate our carts at PNC Park for Pirates home games this upcoming season. We are looking for individuals with customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to work alone or in a team environment. We will provide you with all necessary tools and training to successfully complete the job duties as long as you are committed, dependable, and willing to learn. * Location: PNC Park 115 Federal St Pittsburgh, PA 15212 * Employment Dates: April 12th (Opening Day) - End of Season * Hours: All Pirates Home Games. Start/End Times Vary Depending on Scheduled Game Time. * Employees are required to arrive 2 hours prior to game time and work until the end of the game. * End time varies depending on speed of play, weather delays, and extra innings * Uniform: Mini Melts T-Shirt and hat (provided on Day 1), long black pants and black shoes. * Pay: $12-$14/Hour Job Responsibilities: * Greet all customers and fans in attendance in a polite, professional manner * Represent Mini Melts in any and all interactions at the ballpark * Scoop Mini Melts into cups for the customers to enjoy * Collect payment and make change for customers when necessary * Keep an accurate inventory and record of all sales made during the game * Report any issues to management immediately * Restock Freezers throughout the ballpark from our designated storage areas * Ability to stand for long periods of time * Ability to lift 20+ lbs * A typical shift is 5-6 hours Training All employees will be required to attend one training session at PNC Park with Aramark. Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Night shift Work Location: In person
