JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Ice Cream Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating delicious ice cream products while providing excellent customer service. • Wage rate: 17.20
• Timing: 10.30 am to 10.30 pm

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A passion for ice cream and creativity in flavor development is a plus.

DUTIES

• Prepare and produce various ice cream flavors and desserts according to established recipes.
• Ensure all food handling and preparation processes comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment.
• Operate kitchen machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with cashiering duties, including processing customer transactions accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers select their favorite flavors and answering any questions they may have.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages as needed.
