Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Source to Pay Lead for indirect Materials, to serve as the Global Functional Partner to Procurement during our SAP S4/HANA implementation and mid-term digital procurement strategy. In this critical role, you will lead the transformation from current (“as-is”) to future (“to-be”) state, identifying and driving harmonization and simplification opportunities, standardizing data models, unifying process and technology, and overseeing data migration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and alignment with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

All responsibilities are centered around Procurements indirect material domains:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the respective domain(s), including but not limited to: media, marketing, IT, business services, MRO, etc.
  • Lead the design and implementation of ERP solutions focused on the S2P process for indirect materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and configure the ERP system accordingly
  • Analyze current S2P processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement in the ERP system
  • Implement best practices and features within the ERP to enhance efficiency and productivity in procurement and payment processes
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system
  • Provide on going support to users post go-live, addressing any issues identified
  • Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the data migration process, ensuring all procurement and payment data is correctly entered and maintained
  • Generate and analyze reports from the ERP system to provide insights into procurement performance and spending patterns
  • Work closely with procurement, finance, IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other business processes and systems
  • Serve as a liaison between the business, our integration partner and procurement solution providers
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and procurement policies
  • Identify and mitigate risk associated with the S2P process through effective system controls
  • Provide regular reporting and status updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, milestones, and any potential issues or challenges. Foster open communication channels to facilitate transparency and collaboration
  • Lead initiatives for process improvement and automation within the S2P function for direct materials

This role will exist in its current form for 2.5- 3 years.
