JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Opening and closing following checklist
• Taking orders, accepting payments
• Preparing and serving ice cream cones, chimney cakes or drinks following recipes
• Friendly communication with customers and trying to reach their dessert desires
• Responsibility for cash handling
• Responsibility for food handling
• Rolling and baking pastry by recipe
• Communication with your coworkers about orders and procedures
• General cleaning duties to keep all areas clean and tidy

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English
• Must be available at least 2 days per week
• Weekend availability is required
• At times must be able to work comfortably alone with minimal supervision
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Available for weekdays and evenings
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to consistently serve all menu items to meet our quality and presentation standards
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to operate POS system
• Positive attitude
• Pasion for food
