POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Ice Production & Packing Associate to cut, pack, and prepare our ice for delivery. This role involves working in a freezer environment, operating a CNC machine to cut large ice slabs into cubes, and carefully packaging the product.

REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable working in cold/freezer conditions for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Mechanically inclined; willing to learn CNC machine operation (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
• Prior experience in warehouse, production, or machine operation a plus, but not required

• Operate CNC cutting equipment to produce precision ice cubes
• Inspect ice for clarity and quality before packaging
• Package cubes into branded bags/boxes for delivery
• Work safely and efficiently in a freezer environment (protective gear provided)
• Keep work area clean, organized, and production-ready
• Track production and assist with freezer inventory
