Responsibilities Assist Icelandic-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and providing product information. Troubleshoot customer issues and complaints with a dedicated focus on delivering timely resolutions. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain an accurate record of inquiries and feedback. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about company products and services to provide comprehensive assistance to customers. Uphold the company's customer service standards while promoting a positive brand image. Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred. Experience in customer service or similar fields is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to calmly handle difficult situations and provide effective solutions. Proficient with CRM systems and standard office applications. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural experience. A proactive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
