Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general customer service issues. Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality. Participate in training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge and company policies. Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach. Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with all relocation expenses fully covered.
