Role: Icertis CLM Consultant
Location: Remote

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Icertis CLM Consultant to support the design, configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of our Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Icertis platform, deep knowledge of contract lifecycle processes, and a strong understanding of business requirements translation.

• Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of the Icertis CLM solution to meet business needs.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Icertis configurations or customizations.
• Design and implement workflows, templates, rules, metadata models, and security settings within the Icertis platform.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, and external stakeholders.
• Develop functional and technical specifications, use cases, test scripts, and other documentation.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management activities.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure CLM solution aligns with corporate compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on Icertis platform updates and recommend improvements based on best practices.
