Hankook Tire Europe GmbH is searching for ICFR Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
  1. ICFR Management (Internal Control over Financial Reporting)
  • Design, document, and evaluate internal controls in compliance with frameworks such as SOX and COSO for European subsidiaries.
  • Perform regular testing and monitoring of internal control processes to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with external auditors by providing necessary documentation and facilitating audits.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements, implementing updates to internal control systems as needed.
  • Work closely with internal audit, legal, and IT teams to address control issues and ensure compliance.
  1. Controlling Support
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance and generate detailed management reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for European subsidiaries, providing accurate and timely data to support decision-making processes.
  • Generate financial analyses and variance reports to help management understand key financial indices and changes.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing documents, maintaining records, and organizing financial data.
  • Assist with special projects or ad hoc requests from management as needed.
