Overview Ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher’s AHS-ICHRA clients by proactively managing assigned accounts and serving as a regional support resource for ICHRA clients and service teams associated with the primary branch within a specific region. How you'll make an impact Know ICHRA Sales and Installation Cycle Complete the TPA Panel Modeling and Installation Training Complete ICHRA Document Storage and Compliance Training Communicate resources available within Gallagher to fill white space needs (Ancillary Benefits, Comms Practice, Retirement, GGB, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits, etc.) Accountable for 95% client retention Manage increasingly complex accounts and funding type based on experience with supervision Support the Client Service Cycle with oversight from experienced team members to ensure a seamless renewal process and retain the business Resolve service-related issues independently, involving more experienced Account Management team members when needed Utilize Gallagher’s resources (Underwriting, Compliance), available tools (Excel, PowerPoint, ), established work products and advanced knowledge (benefits, self-funding etc.) to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in client deliverables Possess strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to effectively present in client meetings, lead calls, and correspond via email Develop, cultivate and maintain positive relationships within the branch, with clients and with vendor partners Maintain proficiency in all AHS and GBS professional standards Prepare the RFP, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, analyze and spreadsheet proposal results, and develop the client presentation Leverage team members to manage client/vendor expectations and ensure timely delivery of requests for clients, vendors and internal partners Possess ability to articulate account management role in client engagement Maintain and prioritize a task list on a regular basis Provide support to local GBS office by completing ad hoc administrative tasks as needed Be innovative and don’t be satisfied with the status quo! Generate new and practical ideas, always look to improve Maintain up-to-date ICHRA records in Document Management System (DMS) Comply with Gallagher’s processes, BOSS standards and office initiatives Complete training and professional development to gain understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes Exemplify the highest ethical standards, promote ethical behavior and uphold The Gallagher Way About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. Responsibilities

Manage AHS-ICHRA client accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain a 95% client retention rate. Coordinate the client service cycle, including RFP preparation, vendor negotiations, and the delivery of complex benefit deliverables.
