JOB DESCRIPTION

SSA is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established General Contractor with a strong track record of delivering high-quality Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) construction projects across Ontario. Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Estimator to join their team in Brantford.

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for ICI projects, including material take-offs, subcontractor pricing, and tender submissions
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment of scope and pricing
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide input on budgets and timelines
• Assist in bid strategies and contribute to overall project planning
