SITE SUPERINTENDENT – ICI CONSTRUCTION

Location: Stouffville, Ontario
Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000+ per year (based on experience)
Our client, a reputable ICI (Institutional, Commercial, Industrial) general contractor, is looking for a skilled Site Superintendent to manage day-to-day site operations for a new build project in Stouffville. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments and has a track record of delivering high-quality projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10 years of site supervision experience in ICI construction.
• Gold Seal Certification or equivalent considered an asset.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain project timelines and quality standards under tight deadlines.

• Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure alignment with plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate and manage all trades, resolving site issues quickly to maintain progress.
• Enforce health and safety standards in compliance with OHSA regulations.
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and prepare progress reports.
