Description
The Capacity Building Officer is responsible for designing, coordinating, delivering, and following up on capacity-sharing initiatives with NRC partners, stakeholders, and duty bearers in the West Area of Libya. Under the supervision of the Project Coordinator and guidance of the ICLA Specialist and Project Manager, the Officer ensures that tailored capacity-sharing roadmaps are developed and implemented in line with project work plans, NRC’s capacity development framework, and DIP and SIP principles.
