To support this rollout, we are looking for Oracle Floorwalkers to assist both clinical and non-clinical staff with the transition. Floorwalkers will be stationed in Hospitals to provide support, answer queries, and help resolve issues arising from these changes.
The duration of the temporary assignment is 4-8 weeks, please note we are unable to guarantee shifts on Bank following the end of the 8 weeks.
We are seeking motivated individuals with the following skills and attributes:
✔ Customer service experience
✔ Strong interpersonal skills
✔ Problem-solving abilities
✔ Patience and understanding when providing support
✔ Interest in gaining experience in a healthcare setting
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare environment while contributing to a major digital transformation project.
Please Note: Training will be provided to successful candidates to ensure they are well-prepared to support users effectively.
If you are enthusiastic about digital healthcare, improving patient care and user experience, and enjoy supporting others, we’d love to hear from you!
