Roles and Responsibilities Based on BOSCH IT standard and regulation to provide professional and scalable Software and IT application consulting to internal customers. Consulting for business process IT solution. Software and IT application development management process definition, update and publish. Implementing user departments business requirements based on local decisions. Support and audit Software and IT application fulfill the related BOSCH CD regulation (BIA,OSC…). Support central or regional non-SAP solution rollout to RBHP (IDM integration, SS….). Enhance information security (CD02900) and IT security (CD09000) in responsible business area. Enhance personal information protection (PIPL) in responsible business area. Find, visualize, evaluate risk of information/IT security and provide mitigating measures. Supporting user departments in case of incidents and developing the process expert organization. Solving of critical incidents and managing emergency (downtime of systems e.g. Production, dispatch). Coordinate IT event such as One security day, IT day… Qualifications Qualifications Requirement Min. bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Technology or similar) or similar experience . 2yrs+ related working experience in MNC company. Software/application development process overview and IT security mindset. Friendly collaboration w/ colleagues and cross departments. Good English communication skill. Be proactive with passion, willing to work under high pressure, diverse environment. Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience CD 02900, CD 09000 (former: CD07900). IT knowledge such as Linux / Windows server management;My SQL/Oracle/Hadoop database; Java, dot NET, Python, ETL and web technology (eg. IIS, Tomcat, Ngix, HTML5, RESTful, SOAP, etc);Cloud service knowledge such as AWS, Azure, Ali cloud, etc; IoT basic knowledge such as cloud base and sensor cloud as plus;. Project management skills.
