As an ICP Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing the end-to-end delivery of electricity connections up to 11KV, ensuring that every project is completed safely, on time, to strict budgets and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, providing clear and timely updates to stakeholders and ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations.
Planning and coordination will be central to your success, as you’ll lease with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. You’ll maintain tight control of project finances, manage variations and ensure procurement of labour and materials stay within budget.
You’ll be responsible for compliance with DNO and IDNO standards and you’ll manage public highway works in accordance with NRSWA and SROH regulations.
Promoting a strong culture of health and safety and continuous improvement is fundamental to the role. You’ll contribute to enhancing internal processes and best practices while documenting project progress photography and record keeping, supporting future case studies and marketing efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role you’ll need experience within the DNO or ICP environment - ideally already operating as a project manager. You’ll bring a solid background in project management and must have a valid driving licence as site travel will be part of your role.
