Job Overview Responsible for researching, troubleshooting and resolving systemic and physical facility level inventory issues. Use judgment to communicate alerts to internal Facility Management to prevent escalation of issues * Within multiple systems, use knowledge & judgment to perform adjustments if needed * Maintain organized documents per the Supply Chain documentation retention policy * Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and safety/security guidance * Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities Who You Are * Candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply * Inventory experience preferred * Two years of experience addressing complex issues using diplomacy and tact * Two years of experience working with spreadsheets, reporting and responding to questions/issues * One year of experience in a distribution center * Strong leadership profile with excellent verbal / written communication strengths and negotiation skills * Computer Proficiency Required: Excel, SQL, Macros, Tables, PowerBI and PowerPoint * Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division * Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision * Team player, high standard for integrity and accuracy * Detail oriented with a sense of urgency * Demonstrated problem-solving and decision making skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs and has regular, dependable attendance & punctuality * Must be able to: * Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors * Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English * Ability to understand and communicate directions in the facility regarding standard operating processes Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform * Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department * May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, depth perception and color vision * Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job duties, including handheld electronic equipment * Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs. Supply Chain Only and Colleagues Working in a Supply Chain Facility except in locations governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement: Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, depending upon factors including but not limited to the size of the facility and the number of colleagues on roll. Colleagues will be randomly selected for testing by a third party. Testing must be completed on the same workday the colleague is informed of selection for testing, absent extenuating circumstances.
