Japan Digital Acquisition is a top priority for business growth and this individual will play a key role in supporting to drive the business forward. In the Coordinator – Marketing role, you will be supporting the Control Assurance Manager, collaborating with the various teams within our group, ensuring the overall compliance of our activities and projects. This role provides the opportunity to develop expertise in both evolving compliance requirements and marketing practices, while broadening your future career paths. This role will be working with internal local teams, as well as oversea global teams, and various external partners. Responsibilities include: Assist in the launch of new products, capabilities or functions through successful control process fulfillment Collaborate and facilitate the onboarding and ongoing support of partners and partnerships, ensuring adherence to any compliance or regulatory requirements Liaise with internal partners on behalf of Digital Acquisition for periodic/ad-hoc activities Support team through handling internal approvals and processes along with various project support related activities Deliver data and information gathering, reporting and analysis to support marketing activities of the wider team Skills and Key Competencies: Detail-oriented, organized and efficient Experience in marketing is required; digital marketing experience is a strong plus (3+ years is advantageous) Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint Highly analytical and data driven, but also have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair (Preferably) Experience of working associating with American Express Policies Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage day-to-day communications (both verbal and written) in Japanese and English in a business environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues.
