• A university degree (Accounting, Audit, Risk Management, Business Administration or related);
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (e.g. IT Risk and Control, IT Audit);
• Good analytical skills with focus on risk identification and control design & implementation;
• You’re able to communicate clearly and build trust across teams;
• You naturally bring people together and align different perspectives;
• You enjoy shaping new processes and evolving the IT control structure;
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset, both internally and externally.

This position is within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Department, providing you with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Privacy, Security, and the Internal Control team. You’ll also work with colleagues across departments—from HR to Sales—with a particular emphasis on IT controls related to Revenue Assurance, Functional Finance, and Corporate controls governance.
As our Internal Control Specialist, you play a key role in helping Odido grow responsibly. Your insights and actions help keep our digital ecosystem strong, secure, and future-ready. You will maintain and improve the internal control framework and support control enhancements, walkthroughs, testing, and resolving issues in IT and NT domains.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support and sustain an effective and efficient internal control environment within Odido;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance control effectiveness and efficiency;
• Coach product owners, control owners and process owners to enhance their understanding and execution of the ICS framework;
• Monitor updates to controls and ensure timely collection of supporting evidence;
• Follow up on internal and external audit recommendations and take appropriate ICS-related actions;
• Report regularly to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress and actions;
• Assist in reporting to Management and the ICS Board on the quality of the internal control environment and audit statuses;
• Maintain ICS-related data in the GRC tool, promote its use, and support users across the business.
