Description
INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a highly organized and proactive iCSG Executive to oversee corporate compliance, operational coordination, government liaison, finance support, logistics, and administrative functions within our Angola operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring full compliance with Angolan regulatory authorities, supporting project execution, managing corporate documentation, and maintaining seamless coordination between local and global teams. The position requires strong regulatory knowledge, structured reporting capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple operational streams efficiently. As part of our Angola operations, you will contribute to strengthening governance standards, enabling business continuity, and supporting strategic objectives across the region. Key Responsibilities: Manage company registration and regulatory renewals with the Angola Ministry of Commerce, AGT (Angola Revenue Administration), INSS (National Social Security Institute), MINDCOM, and MIREMPET. Ensure full compliance with Angolan tax, labor, petroleum, and statutory requirements, including coordination during government inspections. Maintain all company licenses, certifications, and legal documentation in electronic registers and master records. Oversee renewal of office and apartment lease agreements while ensuring commercial alignment and cost control. Manage delivery and collection of major company proposals, bids, legal documentation, and official correspondence. Coordinate shipment clearances from Angolan Customs and ensure onward delivery to customer warehouses. Support project teams in local procurement, FAT setups, training arrangements, seminars, and workshops. Provide support for invoicing, payment follow-ups, contract signing, and bank-related legal documentation. Assist in month-end and annual financial closing processes, including petty cash reconciliation. Support issuance of Bonds, Bank Guarantees, Bank Drafts, PAAR, FORM M, and other banking instruments. Provide HR and immigration support including employee residency renewals, short-term work visas (STV), letters of invitation, and international visa coordination. Manage local and international travel arrangements including tickets, accommodation, and logistics coordination. Oversee day-to-day office and apartment operations, maintenance, company assets, vehicles, and courier/shipments management. Provide support for QHSE compliance activities, including annual ISO audits. Assist Marketing Team with required operational data and documentation support. Prepare weekly operational updates and monthly progress reports for iCSG Leadership and AO BU meetings. Conduct periodic reporting on company vehicles, apartments, documentation status, and cost optimization initiatives (Budget vs. Actual analysis). Contribute proactively to the team’s mission, values, and culture of excellence. Requirements To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: Candidates should be Angolan National due to project's geographical constraints. Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate administration, compliance, operations, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Angolan regulatory bodies including AGT, INSS, MIREMPET, and Ministry of Commerce procedures. Experience in customs clearance, logistics coordination, and local procurement processes. Familiarity with banking procedures, financial documentation, and statutory compliance requirements. Understanding of Angolan labor laws, visa processes, and government liaison protocols. Excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation management skills. Strong communication skills with a collaborative and professional approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and efficient manner. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail. Fluency in English and Portuguese.
