ICT ACCOUNT MANAGER – CLOUD SUPPORT (AWS FOCUS)

NEXTGEN Distribution Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused ICT Account Manager to join our high-performing Cloud team. This full-time role involves managing relationships with existing and prospective customers to support and grow their adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our partners through technical onboarding, product guidance, and commercial enablement.

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of cloud customers and partners.
• Support partners and resellers with onboarding to AWS cloud services and assist with account setup and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely product, pricing, and billing support.
• Deliver product guidance and drive adoption of AWS services based on customer needs and usage data.
• Proactively identify upsell opportunities and support cloud sales growth through enablement activities.
• Liaise with vendor teams to resolve technical or service delivery issues
