Administrator – Band 3, Intermediate Care Team, West Berkshire.
Fixed Term for 9 months - secondments for internal applicants also considered.
An excellent opportunity has arisen to become an administrator in a friendly and supportive team in West Berkshire.
You will be an enthusiastic individual with a warm personality and great people skills.
Willing to undertake relevant training and be able to demonstrate innovative practice. You will be an integral member of the Intermediate Care Team. will provide general administrative support to the Intermediate Care Team in West Berkshire.
You will work alongside the lead administrator for the team.
To have a patient centred approach.
To provide efficient and effective secretarial and clerical support, including minute taking and distribution of agenda, booking courses and actioning of voicemail box messages.
Communicate and maintain good working relationships with Trust staff and external contacts
Work alongside Intermediate Care Staff to deliver a triage service to all incoming phone calls/ referrals to the Intermediate Care Team.
It’s a full-time role 37.5 hours per week. O perates from 08.00 – 16 .00hrs. You would be expected to be able to cover all aspects of the shift pattern s.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
