About You

An experienced ICT leader, you bring strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, networking, systems integration and technical delivery, backed by a proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex ICT environments.

With a practical understanding of enterprise IT platforms and cyber security principles, you can balance operational, technical and security requirements to deliver reliable, secure and supportable solutions.

Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills enable you to build effective relationships and provide clear technical direction.

Passionate about continuous improvement, you take an active role in developing team capability, strengthening technical processes and collaborating across disciplines to deliver successful program outcomes.

To be successful in this position you will bring:

• Extensive experience delivering and supporting complex ICT environments, including infrastructure, networking and systems integration.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing ICT delivery, operations and support.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including Windows Server, Microsoft environments, Active Directory, virtualisation, storage, backup and disaster recovery.
• Strong networking expertise across routing, switching, firewalls, WAN/LAN and secure network environments.
• Experience in system administration, identity and access management, endpoint management, patching, configuration management and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Practical knowledge of infrastructure and network security, including system hardening, vulnerability management, access controls, logging, monitoring and security governance.
• Desirable: Defence or highly regulated industry experience in HF communications.
