About the role We have an opportunity for a ICT Benefits Analyst to be part of our Project Management Office, Technology & Communication Services Command. The role is involved with the full lifecycle of benefits realisation. This position will primarily work with project teams to support and drive the monitoring and evaluation of benefits related activities, while building capability within as well as analysing and communicating composite findings to key stakeholders on the project. The NSW Police Force Technology & Communication Services Command is home to the Benefits Management Centre of Excellence—an essential capability that supports informed investment decisions across a capital portfolio of projects designed to enhance outcomes for front-line officers and the broader community. This centre plays a pivotal role in planning and realising the intended benefits of these initiatives. We are seeking experienced Business or Benefits Analyst to join our growing team within both the Business Case Centre of Excellence and the Benefits Management Centre of Excellence. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of robust business cases and the effective management of benefits in a high-impact, purpose-driven environment.
