We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ICT Business Analyst with a robust background in Xano and Bubble.io to join our team. If you have a passion for delivering impactful solutions in large-scale enterprise projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for complex enterprise software projects.
• Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Xano and front-end applications using Bubble.io.
• Create workflows, databases, and APIs that align with business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Lead workshops and discussions to identify pain points and opportunities for system improvements.
• Provide technical expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade security, scalability, and performance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in Xano for backend development and API management.
• Advanced proficiency in Bubble.io for no-code/low-code application development.
• Advanced proficiency in integrating with existing platforms (.NET).

Business Analysis:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement for large enterprise projects.

Project Management:

• Experience in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills, including creating user stories, process flows, and wireframes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal Qualifications or minimum of 5 years’ experience required
• Familiarity with additional no-code platforms and tools.
• Experience with enterprise-grade integrations, data migrations, and system architecture.
• Certifications in Business Analysis or related fields (e.g., CBAP, PBA).
