The BlueRock Digital team is looking for an enthusiastic and driven ICT Business Analyst who will work with clients to support the development of their operational/growth strategy with a particular focus on business systems implementation and integration.
This role requires expertise at a systems and process level, with a strong focus on the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of complex systems. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of foundational skills and deep technical acumen to drive innovative solutions and enhance operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Expertise in database management and data integration techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of network configuration and cybersecurity best practices.

• Deploy and configure complex systems to meet client needs.
• Perform systems process mapping and conduct needs analysis sessions with clients.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and processes to align with client needs.
• Customize system settings and options to optimize performance and functionality.
• Ensure system settings comply with industry standards and best practices across multiple industries.
• Develop and execute implementation plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Perform thorough testing and validation of system implementations.
