Reporting to the Business Analysis Team Leader, we are seeking an ICT Business Analyst who can bring their skills and experience to:

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend business process improvement options and work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to implement solutions.
  • Be responsible for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis, problem resolution, and conduct testing.Select, adopt, and adapt appropriate requirements definition and management methods, tools, and techniques selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches. Obtain input from, and formal agreement to, requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders
