Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with academic and administrative staff to gather, define and document ICT and business requirements aligned with CCMT’s educational goals
    Identifying, investigating, and analysing current business processes, procedures, and work practices within the Institute to support continuous improvement
    Assessing inefficiencies in existing systems and recommending optimal business practices, enhanced system functionality, and improved operational behaviours
    Applying recognised project management methodologies and techniques to plan, scope, resource, and manage ICT-related projects across the institution
    Leading the deployment of functional solutions, including the design, adoption, and implementation of comprehensive system test plans to maintain high standards of quality and system integrity
    Developing user guides, training materials, and delivering structured training sessions to ensure effective system use by academic and administrative stakeholders
    Preparing detailed functional specifications to support software developers in the implementation and enhancement of education-supportive systems
    Employing data and process modelling techniques to create clear and precise system specifications for software design and development within the educational context
    Acting as a central reference point for system-related projects, offering expert advice, guidance, and support to ensure informed decision-making across departments
