The ICT Business Analyst plays a crucial role at CFA by offering expert analytical support and contributing to the acquisition, analysis, design review, configuration, testing and implementation of business and ICT solutions. This position also serves as a vital link between CFA business units and ICT Services, ensuring that systems and underlying processes are well-maintained to effectively support CFA’s business goals.
Maintaining a dedicated ICT Business Analyst role within CFA is essential as it fosters a deep understanding of business processes and the technologies that enable them. As systems evolve or are replaced, these processes must adapt, requiring strong BA expertise to ensure smooth transitions.
At CFA ICT Business Analysts are a valued resource strategically deployed across the organisation within a matrix structure, supporting multiple projects to deliver critical business outcomes.
