REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Business Analysis or similar role.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working with APIs and technical integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong teamwork, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated ICT Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their business needs, and translating them into functional solutions that align with project and organisational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify business needs, determine solution approaches, and develop business cases.
• Capture and document requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis (e.g., gap analysis, brainstorming, focus groups).
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications in line with client standards.
• Conduct walkthroughs of requirements and specifications with project teams and stakeholders for validation and sign-off.
• Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and optimisation.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and clients to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements.
• Create user guides, training documentation, and deliver training sessions where required.
• Develop and manage project plans, including task assignments and delivery timelines.
• Design process flows and oversee the implementation of functional solutions, ensuring quality and integrity.
• Provide ongoing client support, issue resolution, and proactive engagement.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
