QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst
• High level of stakeholder engagement and interpersonal communication
• Enjoys analysis and problem-solving
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline

• Working with Head office staff and Franchisees to understand the business and customised features required for a successful rollout of new software.
• Ownership of software testing, creating sufficient peer testing and gathering feedback prior to the rollout, ensuring confidence in the software.
• Analysing current work practices to implement best practices to improve efficiency.
• Create clear flowcharts and diagrams of the software lifecycle and planned integrations with current systems.
• Communicate directly with all teams from software providers to end users to ensure business requirements are met and understood.
• Champion the software, providing coming soon updates as well as being available to all users with any feedback, suggestions or concerns.
• Provide in-person and recorded training as well as develop ongoing learning pathways to ensure staff are competent and aware of upgrades to software.
• Support senior management with strategic planning, forecasting, and operational goals.
• Support the Operations Team by ensuring managers and team members are trained and using the software fully.
