Your Key Responsibility & Duties

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define ICT requirements, analyse business objectives, and identify process gaps.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate technical solutions for business improvement.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Liaise between business units, end-users, and ICT teams to align system functionality with business goals.
  • Map workflows, model future processes, and recommend ICT-driven improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop testing strategies, oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
  • Prepare user guides, system manuals, process documentation, and training programs to support system adoption.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend refinements or upgrades.
  • Ensure ICT projects meet organisational strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Advise management on emerging technology trends and future ICT strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in ICT business analysis, systems design, or similar roles.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, preparing functional specifications, and supporting ICT projects.
  • Proficiency in business process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of databases, system integration, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with testing strategies, UAT coordination, and system documentation.
  • Awareness of emerging ICT trends, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $83,745.95 – $134,900.00 per year
