JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and business by assessing processes, determining requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders. You’ll play a pivotal role in scoping projects, improving service delivery, and supporting strategic IT initiatives across a variety of client environments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, process modelling, and feasibility studies.
• Develop documentation including business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Assist project managers in planning and execution of IT implementation and renewal projects.
• Liaise with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Provide insights on IT systems, infrastructure, and service enhancements aligned with client goals.
• Identify and recommend areas for process improvement and IT optimisation.
• Support client engagements by presenting findings, preparing reports, and contributing to solution design workshops.
