QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field
  • Postgraduate studies in ICT, Business Analysis, or Project Management are advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in service delivery or health/disability sectors, with experience in healthcare or disability services and familiarity with NDIS frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of systems integration, process mapping, ICT solution design, and compliance frameworks including data management standards
  • Proven ability to manage ICT projects end-to-end—from requirements gathering through implementation and review
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified ICT Business Analyst to join our team. This role is critical to supporting our business growth and ensuring the effective integration, optimisation, and management of ICT systems that underpin our service delivery, data integrity, and compliance with NDIS and legislative requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyse current ICT systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather and document business and system requirements from internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with software vendors, ICT staff, and service delivery teams to design and implement technology solutions.
  • Ensure ICT systems meet compliance standards, particularly in relation to NDIS operational requirements and data security.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations to support strategic ICT decision-making.
