We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions while driving enterprise-level sales growth. This hybrid role involves analyzing business processes, identifying technological solutions, and working closely with key stakeholders to improve efficiency. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring revenue growth and strategic partnership development.

• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and technical needs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions aligned with business goals
• Develop and document functional and technical specifications, business requirements, and workflows
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making and optimize business processes
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business needs
• Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations for minimizing business risks
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and user testing processes
• Assist in the implementation and integration of IT systems, ensuring seamless transitions and efficiency improvements
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ICT and business analysis
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to develop sales strategies and pitches
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure long-term partnerships
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline growth, and client engagement metrics
• Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand awareness and market presence

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in business analysis and stakeholder relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to document technical and business requirements clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in business process modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders
• Australian citizen or permanent resident with the required qualifications and experience
