JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an innovative and strategic ICT Business Lead/Director to help drive our business and technology initiatives, ensuring they align with our company’s mission and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in strategic execution and team leadership, with a solid understanding of how technology drives business value. You will be a key player who can balance project-level oversight with a keen focus on operational excellence. You will work closely with the product managers, and key stakeholders, using your business acumen and collaborative skills to make informed decisions that shape the future of our platform. You will be responsible for executing on strategic goals, translating them into actionable project plans, and guiding your team to develop sophisticated, market-leading solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver and inspiring leader, ready to guide a dynamic team in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
What You’ll Do

As an ICT Business Lead/Director, you will play a key role in implementing our company’s strategy by ensuring our technology initiatives and business operations are fully aligned. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business-Technology Alignment: Manage the integration of business and technology strategies at a project level, ensuring that our platform solutions and services deliver maximum value to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Driving Innovation: Actively contribute to innovation by analyzing market trends and emerging technologies, identifying new opportunities and proposing improvements that keep us ahead of the curve. Your input will help influence our product and business strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key collaborator between leadership, department heads, and the technology team. You will support the communication of strategic initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Team & Culture Development: Mentor and lead a talented team of business and technology professionals, fostering a high-performance, supportive, and innovative culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3-7 years of professional experience with a demonstrated track record of leading teams and managing medium-to-large-scale, high-impact business and technology initiatives.
  • Strategic Acumen: A proven ability to think strategically and translate complex business challenges into effective, actionable plans.
  • Financial & Business Management: Experience in financial management, budgeting, and performance management, with a clear understanding of how to measure the ROI of technology investments.
  • Communication and Influence: Excellent communication skills are essential for articulating a clear vision and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to the executive board.
  • Change Management: A commitment to continuous improvement and a demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and digital transformation successfully.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
