We’re on the hunt for an ICT Contract Specialist to take the lead on managing agreements related to Telco, Data Centre & ICT Project Services that power our innovation. In this permanent, full-time role, you’ll be at the heart of our ICT team, ensuring our key ICT contracts run smoothly, efficiently, and support the growth that drives us forward.   Your Role in Action     Own the full contract lifecycle – from sourcing to negotiation, ensuring deals drive value and innovation Lead complex ICT services negotiations that balance cost, compliance, and strategic outcomes Manage high volume of Commercial Service of Work’s under our Master Service Agreement. Manage vendor relationships – coordinate internal needs and deliver seamless RFQs and quotes Keep us on track financially – monitor spend and performance to ensure contracts stay within budget Champion smart sourcing – drive best-value outcomes through strong procurement strategies Raise orders, process invoices – and keep everything moving with accuracy and efficiency Report to senior leaders with clear, strategic insights that support decision-making Develop and deliver contract plans aligned with our frameworks and long-term goals   What Makes you a Great Fit   A solid background in information technology & contract management - you know how to manage ICT agreements, even if you're not a technical expert Understanding of ICT contracting and a curiosity for the latest technology trends shaping the industry A keen eye for detail and deadlines to manage a high volume of processing Exposure to contract management, service delivery, or project environments – you don’t need to know it all, just be ready to learn and grow Confident negotiator and problem-solver – you can navigate complexity, influence outcomes, and find practical solutions A natural relationship-builder who communicates clearly and works collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners     By joining Western Power, you will contribute to powering a cleaner energy future.
