Job Description We are seeking a talented and innovative ICT Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an ICT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's information and communication technology infrastructure. Design and implement robust ICT infrastructure solutions to support business operations and growth Analyze and optimize existing ICT systems to enhance performance, security, and efficiency Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of solutions within budget Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various IT systems and ensure seamless operations Conduct regular system audits and implement upgrades to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting complex ICT issues Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions for improving IT infrastructure Develop and deliver technical documentation and training materials for staff and stakeholders Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to ensure successful project execution Participate in disaster recovery planning and support critical system operations during incidents Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in ICT engineering Strong knowledge of communication and security systems Proven expertise in ICT infrastructure design and implementation Proficiency in network protocols and technologies Experience with cloud computing platforms and services Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and implementation Understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Proficiency in system integration techniques Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Relevant certifications in ICT or networking (e.g., CCNA, CISSP) are highly desirable Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to local customs and practices Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and flexibility to respond to occasional off-hours emergencies Business Line: Consulting and Operations Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Aviation Direct Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Project Management Profession: Contract management
