Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We are looking for an ICT Engineer / Quality assurance (QA) who will oversee the quality of day-to-day HW installation in the test environment in our labs and datacenter.
This role will be based in Stockholm, reporting to the Manager SAN LSO STO HW Inst & Ops 1.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- QA responsible to confirm that the installation is made with the highest possible quality in accordance with LSO STO standards, document any deviations.
- QA shall lead yearly inventory scanning of installed HW and assets.
- QA shall assist in advanced troubleshooting.
- QA is to introduce new staff to LSO STO
- QA is to help installers improve their way of working and increase knowledge sharing.
- QA support installers with an extra hand when needed.
- QA to Suggest continuous improvements to processes, services, and templates.
- Act on Lab Operations delivery flow impediments.
- Challenge to “Unnecessary investments cost”.
