Metaxa Hospitality Group is looking for its ICT department based in Heraklion: ICT Executive Assistant Key responsibilities Provide administrative support to the IT department management team, including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and managing emails Create and maintain IT-related documentation, such as reports, manuals, and correspondence Maintain organized records of IT inventory, supplies, and service contracts Assist in basic IT project coordination, including tracking project progress, scheduling, and communicating with team members Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain IT records and databases Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments, ensuring effective communication, collaboration and scheduling Necessary qualifications Degree in Business Administration or a related field Related 2+ years of experience Strong organizational and administrative skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Basic knowledge of IT terminology and processes Excellent command of the English and Greek language (spoken & written) Desired qualifications Knowledge of hospitality & tourism business related processes Experience working collaboratively within an IT department and 3rd parties We offer Career development in a fast-paced, growing work environment Training opportunities Full year job Friendly work environment
