Reporting to the ICT Service Desk Team Leader, we are seeking an ICT Help Desk Officer who can bring their skills and experience to:

  • Provide ICT support to end users and customers by responding to, triaging, managing, escalating, and resolving ICT incidents in accordance with organisational ICT service desk SLAs.
  • Coordinates and executes applicable actions relating to the lifecycle management of ICT assets in accordance with ICT policies and practices.Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management
