Job Description The service provider will be responsible for: • Managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. • Coordinating teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. • Monitoring risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies. • Ensuring compliance with ICT standards, security, and quality requirements. • Lead all infrastructure projects related to the project, from the construction phase to commissioning. • Define the scope, objectives, deliverables, and technical requirements in coordination with internal and external stakeholders and client • Plan and coordinate with the PMT for project execution: manage schedules, risks, and quality. • Prepare and manage tenders for system integration within the client (drafting specifications, technical analysis, selecting service providers). • Ensure compliance of solutions with the client standards, HSE requirements, and local regulations. • Conduct project follow-up meetings and provide regular reporting to management and steering committees. • Coordinate interfaces between technical packages, internal teams, contractors, and suppliers. • Manage project handover, resolve outstanding issues, and transfer to operations teams. The migration of data from the Project Management Team (PMT) to the client platform aims to ensure operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and knowledge capitalization.
