Grade: Clerk 9/10 Job Status: Ongoing full-time Location: Sydney CBD with hybrid work arrangements Salary: $129,464 - $142,665 pa + super and annual leave loading About the Role The ICT Infrastructure Service Delivery Lead is responsible for the operational delivery of ICT infrastructure services (servers, networks, telephony and cloud) to meet business needs by leading technical teams, working with external and internal stakeholders for solution delivery, following IT service management processes while ensuring reliable, secure and highly performing infrastructure services. Extensive experience managing delivery of end-to-end technology solutions. Experience working in an IT service delivery (ITSM) environment and designing/implementing IT process improvements. Experience in procuring ICT hardware, software and services. Expertise in working with internal and external stakeholders and holding regular stakeholder meetings. Experience working in project-based work and knowledge of project management principles. Experience working with Wintel infrastructure services (AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM, etc), SOE build, inTune MDM, Microsoft Defender and Sentinel, cloud WAF, web proxy and backup solutions, Azure PAAS and IAAS cloud services, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services. Experience in supporting network infrastructure services (firewalls, remote access, IPS, routing protocol, WiFi, switching, LAN, WAN) and telephony services (VoIP, cloud PABX and contact centre, IVR concept and call queue). Understanding of security by design concept and Essential8 framework. Relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology or related fields and/or equivalent relevant professional experience. Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners. Satisfactory criminal record check result.
